Sea Seasonings 100% Organic Dulse with Garlic will add a delicious flavor to just about anything! With only 35mg of sodium per 1 teaspoon serving, it's a convenient way to include the health benefits and taste of sea veggies in the kitchen, at the table, or on the road. Use in soups, salads, tofu, pasta, stir-fries, dressings, dips, sauces, breads, tabouli, potatoes, beans, popcorn, and more. The Dulse Granules are milled from selected dulse which grows in well protected coastal passages, is easier to harvest and gives higher yields. The dulse is sustainably harvested, low temperature dried, certified organic by OCIA, and a raw food. We also voluntarily test for heavy metals, herbicides, pesticides, PCB's, fuel oil, and microbiological contaminants. The only other ingredient is certified organic garlic. Dulse is an especially rich source of potassium, iron, iodine, Vitamin B-6, Riboflavin, and dietary fiber, and provides a complete array of minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and phytochemicals, as well as some high quality vegetable protein.
