This herb, which is used in making beer, helps you sleep.  It has a somewhat bitter taste, so you might want to blend it with peppermint, spearmint, or lemon balm.    

Germany's Commission E approves it for restlessness, anxiety, and Sleep disturbances.  A typical dosage is 2-3 cups of tea per day (steep 1 heaping teaspoon of the strobiles or fruiting bodies, in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes); or 30-40 drops of Tincture in water two or three times per day.  Caution: some experts recommend that people with depression should not take hops regularly.
