- Rjarvis's Interests: friends and family, travel, cooking & wine, photography, music, sailing, skiing, crafting, yoga/pilates, summers on the cape, animals
- What Rjarvis does in order to de-stress & unwind: currently... eat (i know I know) resorative yoga and circuit training and Bach Flowers, plus LOTS of sleep try to always get 7-8 hours, makes a world of difference

- What got Rjarvis interested in Natural health: I have always had friends around me that are focused on holistic health, so I have always had awareness and belief
- Natural things has Rjarvis tried: not many, currently using Bach flowers and restorative yoga for stress relief and I have Royal Jelly but am afraid to use it because of pollen allergy

- Things that make Rjarvis happy: Friendships, love, music, cooking for the people I love, travel and new cultures, the ocean, the mountians, the outdoors in general, shoes, Tivo, driving (especially in the summer with the windows down and the music up), my animals (actually any and all animals)
- Vitamins/ supplements Rjarvis is taking: Just an all natural women’s multivitamin, I am not good about taking things daily and I also believe it is better to get your vitamins from the food you eat
