- What got Kat1976 interested in Natural health: My grandma who is part Cherokee. She used to take me into the woods and pull bark off trees and chew on it, dig roots, eat leaves. She knew a lot about herbal medicine that her grandma taught her.
- Natural things has Kat1976 tried: ear candles, herbal teas (homemade and store bought), meditation, eating stuff my gran picked for me :-) the new shoots of grape vines are brilliant for acne!
