- Daisygray's Interests: I love reading, outdoors...especially nature walks, art, study of herbal remedies, study of cultural beliefs, religions, theology (how it all came about and changed down through the centuries). Put anything ancient in front of me and I am interested in it. Love the history channel.
- What Daisygray does in order to de-stress & unwind: A good cup of herbal tea, a good book and a quite place to hide away.
- Daisygray wants to learn about: I would like to learn more about fibromialgia, arthritis, chronic fatigue, copd (chronic obstructive puliminary disorder), bi-polor disorder.
- What got Daisygray interested in Natural health: The real awakening of my interest in Natural health came about during research on cultural beliefs and their ways of living and the natural remedies they used. I also have some health issues that I would like to improve with herbal remedies. Would also like to learn more about natural food remedies.
- Natural things has Daisygray tried: Garlic, Gensing, Ginkgo Biloba, Black Cohosh, herbal teas.
- Holistic practitioners Daisygray has seen or thought about seeing: I have not seen any holistic practitioners yet but may consider at a future date.
- Things that make Daisygray happy: Nature walks, a good book, sitting by the fire on a cold winter night.
- Vitamins/ supplements Daisygray is taking: Omega-3, Garlic, Gensing, Ginkgo Biloba, Black Cohosh
- Any formal education in natural therapies: Now is the time
- A few words about Daisygray: I am a very reserved person, I am not very outgoing. I like my quite private times. I do enjoy a good movie, ( sci-fi channel) is my favorite.
