- Adam13's Interests: I love being outside. Nothing better than walking dogs! I love to travel - and take pics. As for herbalist.com - i really hope we can help people live better lives.
- What Adam13 does in order to de-stress & unwind: I get a ton of Cardio - I swim with the UCLA masters program - absolutely the best work out on the planet. low impact - endorphins guaranteed. Awesome.
- Adam13 wants to learn about: I have a tricky back - always looking for a better was to take down inflamation...
- What got Adam13 interested in Natural health: I have seen it work!
- Natural things has Adam13 tried: I take Omegas and B complex - when i exercise I take Amino acids... Walks on beach - deep breathing ... all good.
- Holistic practitioners Adam13 has seen or thought about seeing: I am studying to become a Master Herbalsit... its amazing how many natural things are knocked off my the pharma companies --- using synthetics so they can be patented.
- Things that make Adam13 happy: My kids rock! Good Friends. Dogs/animals. Meeting people from all over the world - trying to get a sense of life elsewhere... and taking a picture that captures the subjects soul.
- Vitamins/ supplements Adam13 is taking: B's, Omegas... every now and again a multi vitamin.
- Any formal education in natural therapies: No answer
- A few words about Adam13: Love life - totally get that this is my time to shine... one never knows what lies ahead. Goal is to leave my kids with a better planet than we inherited from our parents. We have a lot of work to do.
